1. Services

All photography and videography services are provided by Thomas Miller Photography as agreed upon at the time of booking. Packages, availability, and pricing may vary.

2. Booking and Payments

A deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the scheduled shoot unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a shoot with reasonable notice. In the event of cancellation, deposits will not be refunded. If Thomas Miller Photography must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be refunded or applied to a future session.

4. Image Rights

Thomas Miller Photography retains the copyright of all images and videos produced. Clients receive personal usage rights for sharing, printing, and displaying their images. Commercial use requires written permission or a licensing agreement.

5. Portfolio Use

Thomas Miller Photography may use selected images and videos for promotional purposes, including portfolio display, website, and social media, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for the scheduled shoot. Delays or missed sessions may impact the final results.

7. Liability

Thomas Miller Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather conditions, venue restrictions, or technical issues.
